Michelle Morehouse had a front-row seat to ministry watching her dad pastor and grow churches. She has filled lots of gaps from volunteering in several ministry capacities to staff positions. She helps ministry leaders and organizations recognize their strengths and identify what it takes to operate smoothly and efficiently. She and her husband live in Cincinnati, Ohio. They have 2 delightful daughters who married the best-ever son-in-laws and 2 amazing sons. Their greatest joy is seeing their children use their gifts to serve the Body of Christ.
Matt Pilot grew up in a pastor's home and saw a church plant and a church grow. Though he discovered his gift of music in the church, he found his love to build the church. Matt helps church leaders learn how to love people, build teams and develop leaders. Matt and his wife, Kellie live in South Florida, and they have two amazing kids. Their heart is to support pastors as they lead in their churches
